we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewellery.  Cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed. Refunds will not be issued unless: The item is defective or damaged on delivery. You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We do not accept returns or replacements for minor color or texture variations, as these are natural to handcrafted items.
